Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized training that meets each client's unique goals — strength, fat loss, mobility, conditioning, or general fitness.
- Craft programs that build foundational movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull) and reputed company safely toward each client's goals.
- Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages consistency, enjoyment, and long-term reputed company.
- Use evidence-based programming and creative training methods to ensure consistent reputed company, satisfaction, and retention.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach is ideal but not required.
- NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or reputed company certification preferred (reputed company CPR/AED required by most insurers).
- Comfort working with beginners, intermediate clients, and special populations.
