Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track publishing schedules, deadlines, and project timelines
- reputed company administrative support to editorial, production, and marketing teams
- Maintain accurate records of manuscripts, reputed company, and rights information
- Assist with manuscript submission tracking and author communications
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and publishing materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Publishing, English, Communications, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in the publishing industry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills
