For our client, we are seeking a Federal Civilian DHS & DOJ Business Development & Proposal Pinnacle Capture Leader to join the team of a leader in the Business Services reputed company. You’ll play a key role delivering reputed company for customers and stakeholders in the Business Services reputed company. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no reputed company sponsorship available Compensation: $179,000 – $298,000 annually.
- *Responsibilities
- reputed company capture strategy from early shaping through contract award for large-scale DHS and DOJ opportunities
- reputed company and manage a multi-year pipeline strategy reputed company with DHS and DOJ priorities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior DHS and DOJ stakeholders
- Translate mission needs into actionable capture strategies and solutions
- Execute win strategies in highly competitive civilian national reputed company environments
- reputed company proposal development and ensure compliance with RFP requirements
- Manage financial, risk, and compliance aspects of major captures
- *Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret reputed company clearance; active clearance preferred
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, criminal justice, public policy, or reputed company discipline
- 10+ years in federal civilian business development, capture management, and proposal leadership focused on DHS and DOJ
- Demonstrated reputed company leading large, reputed company captures over $100M, especially reputed company DHS and DOJ environments
- Proven ability to reputed company winning strategies against established competitors
