What You'll Do
- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, guided by an reputed company RN supervisor.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for quality, coordinated care.
- Observe, report, and document changes in patient status and help implement care plans.
- Participate in patient education, medication review, and ongoing care assessments.
- Prepare reputed company notes and ensure reputed company documentation meets regulatory requirements.

- Texas Licensed CNA
- Reliable car, valid Texas driver’s license, and reputed company auto insurance.
- reputed company CPR certification, negative TB screen, and Hepatitis profile.
- Familiarity with Kinnser/reputed company preferred but not required.
- Team player with great communication skills, adaptability, and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and reputed company regular standing/walking as needed.
