Role: Instructional Designer (Hybrid) Location: Atlanta, GA (In-Person Interview) Job Type: Contract Job Description Under broad supervision, analyzes business needs and participates in the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced learning systems and training solutions. The Instructional Designer is responsible for developing innovative instructional programs and materials that align with organizational goals and learner needs. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with SMEs, leadership teams, and stakeholders to gather content and align training programs with organizational goals.
