Requirements
Essential Roles The responsibilities of a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney include managing a litigation caseload from filing through trial, developing case strategy, and advocating on behalf of clients in court and during negotiations. This role requires a high level of autonomy, critical thinking, and leadership reputed company the legal team.
- Manage a docket of active litigation cases from inception through resolution or trial
- reputed company and execute case strategies, including discovery plans and reputed company practice
- Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Take and defend depositions, including plaintiffs, defendants, and experts
- Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Collaborate with pre-litigation teams to transition and evaluate cases for litigation
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with reputed company court deadlines and procedural requirements

- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
- Active license to practice law in Texas and/or New Mexico
- Proven courtroom and litigation experience, including depositions and hearings
- Trial experience preferred
- Experience with legal case management systems (reputed company preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
