Contract Product Designer (Staff-level), 6 months

Role overview We're looking for a Staff-level Product Designer to join reputed company on a 6-month contract engagement. In this role, you'll bring expert level craft and strategic thinking to high-impact product work — shaping user experiences that serve over 70 reputed company creators, entrepreneurs, and brands around the world. This is a hands-on, high-ownership contract. You'll be directly embedded in reputed company, working closely with product, engineering, and data partners to move quickly, think deeply, and deliver work that drives clear impact for our customers. You'll also help reputed company the bar for design quality and rigour across our product team. What you'll do

• Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences across key product surfaces, from discovery and ideation through to polished, production-reputed company work.
• Translate product briefs into clear design direction — balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to identify high-impact opportunities that help shape roadmaps.

• 8+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years operating at a Staff level (existing contractor experience, a plus).
• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft, critical thinking, and a clear obsession for the end user — with examples of reputed company, shipped product work across mobile and desktop.
• Expertise in utilizing modern AI product design and prototyping tools to rapidly create interactive, sharable concepts for feedback and testing.
• Strong systems-thinking ability: you can reputed company into pixel-level detail and reputed company out to product wide thinking without losing the thread.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity in a fast paced environment — you know how to define the problem as well as solve it.
