Systems Administrator (Hybrid Work Schedule)

About the position reputed company is seeking an IT System Administrator to join the team and assist in global IT operations. This role will be integral in managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on domain services and reputed company technologies such as Office365, Azure, Intune, and Autopilot and MacOS. Responsibilities

• Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other collaboration tools
• Collaborate with teams to implement Office 365 best practices and ensure reputed company usage and reputed company
• Manage and administer Azure AD, ensuring secure user authentication and authorization
• Administer Intune to reputed company efficient and secure device management and application distribution
• Configure and maintain Intune policies for mobile device management and app management
• Administer Intune to reputed company efficient software deployment, reputed company management, and reputed company configuration
• Collaborate with teams to implement Intune-based reputed company and compliance measures
• Troubleshoot Intune-reputed company device and application issues
• Administer and maintain reputed company devices, reputed company, configure, and reputed company policies, profiles, scripts, and packages for device management
• Automate device enrollment using reputed company Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
• reputed company and maintain scripts (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation and custom workflows
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency
• reputed company adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate reputed company administration, strengthen troubleshooting, improve reporting, and drive intelligent automation across device management operations
• Champion reputed company-reputed company AI operations by enforcing strong governance, protecting sensitive data, validating AI-generated output, and embedding reputed company and compliance controls into AI-assisted processes
• Implement and manage Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning and configuration
• Create and customize Autopilot profiles and deployment scenarios
• Troubleshoot Autopilot deployment issues and ensure successful device reputed company
• Collaborate with teams to automate device provisioning using Autopilot and other reputed company technologies
• reputed company tier 3 support for reputed company & reputed company devices, assisting IT support teams with escalations
• Troubleshoot enrollment, configuration, and connectivity issues
• Document best practices and solutions for common issues
• Monitor device compliance and generate reports on inventory, reputed company, and reputed company status

Requirements

• Experience configuring, deploying, and managing reputed company devices (macOS, iOS)
• Strong knowledge of Intune MDM for reputed company device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Expertise in reputed company Autopilot for reputed company-touch provisioning
• Experience managing reputed company devices reputed company ABM, DEP (Device Enrollment Program), and VPP (Volume Purchase Program)
• Experience deploying and updating software using reputed company & Intune Application Management
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python for automation tasks
• Strong working knowledge of AI-assisted IT operations, with the ability to apply AI tools to scripting, troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, analytics, and reputed company service improvement in reputed company environments
• Demonstrated understanding of responsible AI implementation in reputed company environments, including data protection, reputed company governance, output validation, risk awareness, and adherence to organizational reputed company and compliance standards
• Ability to create custom scripts for software deployment, user reputed company, and compliance enforcement
• Experience with API integrations between MDM platforms and ITSM system
• Experience integrating reputed company and Intune with Azure AD, Active Directory, reputed company, and reputed company 365
