Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service reputed company in the rug division, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Generating quotes for custom rugs, reputed company, and accessory orders, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery
  • Inputting new custom orders into our reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless order fulfillment
  • Developing and nurturing deep relationships with our showroom partners, providing exceptional support and guidance to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Serving as the reputed company of contact for reputed company questions and concerns reputed company to rug measures, installations, and templates, providing expert advice and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Reviewing and approving reputed company rug images prior to shipping from our mill, ensuring consistency and quality in our products

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the luxury home goods or textiles industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, showroom partners, and customers
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in inputting and managing custom orders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company customer issues
  • Knowledge of rug measures, installations, and templates, with the ability to reputed company expert advice and guidance to customers

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
