About the Role
As an Associate Manager, In-Store (Customer Experience), you will be responsible for owning critical pieces of the customer go-to-market strategy for our Going Out product. You will report to our Director of In-Store and work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing customer experience strategies to drive engagement and retention
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to design and implement new features and experiences
- Analyzing customer data and behavior to inform business reputed company and optimize customer journeys
- Designing and executing experiments to test new products and features
- Working with marketing and sales teams to reputed company and execute marketing and communications plans
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including product, engineering, and sales teams

* 4+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, design, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, or reputed company fields
