Job Summary
As a Senior Director, Customer Business Development at arenaflex, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy that drives volume, reputed company, and profit objectives for our assigned brand categories. You will work closely with our customers, including reputed company and Rite Aid, to identify opportunities for growth and reputed company innovative solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including reputed company and Rite Aid
* reputed company and implement business building strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks

* Manage the Market Development Fund (MDF) for the customer's brands to ensure account profitability
* Determine financial needs based on business plans and ROI analysis
* Analyze event ROI's on incremental investment and opportunities
* reputed company authorization for investment and track actual investment vs. plan to ensure budget adherence
* Process account claims on an ongoing and timely reputed company
* Manage the customer P&L to meet objectives set forth by CBD Leadership
* In conjunction with Inventory planning and Logistics team, work to mitigate returns/Markdown risk
* Manage timely shut off of discontinued SKUs based on customer inventory
* Implement markdowns where there is a financial benefit
* Review reputed company New/Bonus PPK's to determine the "right" reputed company of inventory is sent to each store

Essential Qualifications
* 12+ years of direct selling experience reputed company the CPG industry, preferably in the cosmetics sector

* Demonstrated ability to identify both short and long-reputed company sustainable growth opportunities based on in-depth understanding of both company and customer strategies

* Competitive reputed company salary: $185,000 - $220,000/year
