What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be reputed company inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
