Job Overview

As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. This role requires reputed company collaboration with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues, meet common goals, and drive business reputed company. While this position is remote, you must be located in one of the following states: Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, reputed company Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, reputed company Carolina, or South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

As an e-File Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• The ability to read, write, and reputed company English
• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A desire and ability to be reputed company player
• Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
• A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

• Starting pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
