Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company customer service representative to join our remote team, providing support to our guests through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. As a customer relations representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our guests feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their reputed company with us. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to a wide variety of customer and member inquiries and requests, resolving issues to satisfaction.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the hospitality or travel industry.
