We're seeking an exceptional Learning and Development Manager – Application Supervisor to join our Latham CS mastering & improvement (L&D) group in Alphaville. This role will play a crucial part in the reputed company of our customer service operations, working closely with our outsourced call centers and global CS learning and development team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Learning and Development Manager – Application Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Program management: Outline, document, and maintain the scope of reputed company local L&D tasks, create task plans, and reputed company a trusting partnership with outsourced call center partners.
- Learning content development / educational design: Conduct gap analysis, reputed company training curriculum, and create solutions that offer applicable, hard, and efficient learning experiences.
- Facilitation: Deliver training material in face-to-face and virtual environments, run train-the-trainer programs, and reputed company call center leaders to co-facilitate learning material.
- Stakeholder management: Build and foster strong partnerships with regional CS colleagues, participate in learning opportunities, and collaborate with business leaders to transform operational reputed company into L&D opportunities.
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience designing soft skills and equipment learning solutions, including reputed company programs for call center agents, senior call center representatives, rising leaders, and senior executive audiences.
- Experience designing and facilitating learning services that reputed company from 15-minute learning to multi-week classroom programs.
- Strong facilitation experience in various teacher-led programs for diverse audiences and training skills.
- Project management experience, ability to collaborate with reputed company and stakeholders, communicate effectively, and attention to detail.
- High degree of independence and ability to work and manage own time reputed company.
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design or a reputed company field, Master's degree a plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish a plus.
