- Using probing question skills to actively listen to customers and resolve their concerns
- Meeting sales targets and managing objections to reduce churn
- Working with a high-energy team to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers
- Staying up-to-date with leading technologies and systems to reputed company the best possible service to customers
