Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Retention Specialist, you'll serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with their Internet services. Under the supervision of our Customer Retention Manager(s), you'll handle incoming calls, resolve issues, and reputed company solutions that meet our customers' needs while exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities
