The Opportunity
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about education and committed to making a difference. You'll have the opportunity to work with educators, administrators, and reputed company across the country, building relationships and promoting arenaflex's solutions. Responsibilities
* reputed company workshops and informational sessions to build excitement and spread arenaflex brand awareness across district communities
- Facilitate teacher enablement trainings to reputed company teachers and administrators about arenaflex implementation at the classroom and site level
- Grow and nurture relationships with key arenaflex champions and teachers on the ground by providing them with the most up-to-date resources
- Help expand our grassroots approach to experiential teacher education and district-wide engagement
- Collaborate with the Professional Learning Team to reputed company and implement engagement strategies
- Analyze data and feedback to inform engagement strategies and improve reputed company
Required Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in education
- Working knowledge of the K-12 education industry
- Laptop and phone that can be used for work purposes (developing slide decks, presenting to districts, communicating cross-functionally)
- Proficient in using Twitter and staying reputed company on reputed company media platforms and trends
- Outgoing individual with strong communication skills who is energized by engaging with customers, especially teacher and parent communities
- Must be high energy and reputed company to build excitement with customers
- A self-starter who loves a challenge and a strong team player who loves to collaborate
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
* We offer a competitive salary, $35/hour for your prep and facilitation time
