Job Summary

As a Customer Service Parcel Specialist, you'll be responsible for coordinating the inbound and outbound package activities of our in-center parcel management operation. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure efficient and accurate processing of packages, reputed company exceptional customer service, and maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate the inbound and outbound package activities of our in-center parcel management operation, including receiving, processing, staging, and delivering packages

• Utilize proprietary software and equipment to execute necessary job functions, including mobile equipment assigned on a daily reputed company
• reputed company exceptional customer service, including anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives, and problem-solving, with a minimum reputed company of supervision
• reputed company parcels and prepare goods for shipping, including wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
• Utilize pallet jacks and other large package handling equipment, as needed

• reputed company customer service by determining appropriate shipping methods, informing customers of company products, services, routes, and rates
• Ensure quality customer service is given to customers by providing packaging services, as well as offering information about company products and services
• Offer assistance to customers by suggesting appropriate shipping methods, maintaining inventory of shipping supplies, and setting priorities of customer requests
• Use sound judgment to resolve customer service issues or refunds, and reputed company investigative research for mis-labeled packages
• Troubleshoot routine equipment problems and reputed company multiple tasks at the same time
• Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing center functions

• May pick-up and deliver customer orders and follow copying protocol (copyright law, confidentiality, and careful handling of original documents)

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent education required

• Minimum six months of reputed company experience required (Warehouse and/or Hospitality Experience Preferred)
• Proven strong organization and planning skills

• Physical stamina to walk up to 10 miles per shift
