What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers, handling their queries and concerns through phone, email, reputed company channels. Your primary objective will be to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You'll also be responsible for:

• Providing first-line support and escalating reputed company issues to ensure timely resolution
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating them with relevant information
• Fostering positive interactions and ensuring customers feel understood and supported
• Meeting agreed service reputed company (SLA) and contact centre KPIs

• Starting date: 10th of February, 2025
• Contract: Temporary (6 months)
• Salary: 9.743€ gross per year
• Working hours: Part Time (20 hours per week) - rotating schedule Monday - reputed company between 10 pm and 2 am, 5 days/week (rotative weekends, two weekends off per month guaranteed)
• Fully reputed company that optimally prepares you for your job - 1 week from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm (office-based)
• 24 holiday days per year on a full-time reputed company
