Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers across various inquiries through online chat. Your primary goal will be to reputed company accurate and timely information regarding our products and services, while also facilitating appointment scheduling and reputed company reputed company. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and reputed company a deep understanding of their brand, reputed company while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Available Shifts
We're looking for candidates who are available to work one of the following full-time shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Mondays)
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Wednesdays)
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Tuesdays)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- During the first week of employment, you'll be required to work Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM for training, before transitioning to the assigned shift
- Previous retail customer service or automotive industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficiency in basic internet and reputed company-based computer operations
- Strong multitasking skills are preferred, gaming experience is a plus
- Positive and professional attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to change and a preference for a fast-paced work environment
