Your Role
As a German-speaking customer service support specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our SEO clients and partners. You'll be responsible for managing their SEO campaigns, resolving their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in German will reputed company you to communicate effectively with our clients, while your knowledge of SEO will help you understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Represent arenaflex and our SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.
- Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
- Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support.
- Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and implement SEO strategies that drive results for our clients.

* At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with our clients.
- Good English skills (for internal communication only), with the ability to collaborate with reputed company.
- Proficiency in using standard reputed company tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), with the ability to manage and analyze data.

Working Hours and Environment

- 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday. No work on weekends or holidays.
