Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Effectively process inbound calls, verifying basic demographic information and initiating requests for medical transportation

Qualifications

* High School or GED equivalent required; college education preferred but not required

  • Strong understanding of customer care processes and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to learning styles to meet the client's and arenaflex needs
  • Successful completion of arenaflex new hire orientation and training
  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience, preferred
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and reputed company relations abilities
  • Ability to communicate reputed company and professionally through both verbal and written channels
  • Exceptional listening, technical, and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across reputed company reputed company of arenaflex
