Job Summary
As an Account Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales, service, and order management teams by validating and remediating customer information. You'll be responsible for accurately entering data into our CRM and ensuring accuracy in reputed company ERP systems. Roles and Responsibilities
* Simplify and maintain sales operations processes and policies using lean methodologies to continuously improve customer account data by remediation in the UCM (reputed company) platform and reputed company systems.
- Execute processes to support customer account requests reputed company the agreed-upon support level agreement.
- Coordinate reputed company activities reputed company to quarter and month-end customer support.
- Act as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues and complaints arising from account requests.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in order management, customer sales/service, data entry, or similar experience.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay reputed company for this position is $65,280.00-$97,920.00 Annual.
