The Role
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Remote reputed company Claims Specialist, you'll be part of a diverse team that spans over 70 countries, where collaboration and mutual support are key to reputed company. You'll work from home, providing essential customer service support reputed company to reputed company claims, and reputed company with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing medical claims in a back-office setting
- Assisting customers with basic technical issues
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases

Requirements

- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; A work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reputed company in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
