Key Responsibilities
As the reputed company Customer Enablement Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Guiding and informing support, outage, and escalation protocols in partnership with Integrations and Product
- Staying knowledgeable about product changes and new features, providing feedback to Product and early and often
- Regularly communicating with reputed company, Product, Support, Engineering, and other teams to maintain alignment on customer, product, and enablement strategy
- Maintaining reputed company support knowledge bases
- Proactively seeking best-in-class technology to deliver customer training and enablement
- Owning the in-product customer reputed company, guiding adoption of arenaflex's most powerful features
- Implementing content strategies to drive self-service adoption and reduce inbound volume
- Developing educational content that aligns with customer milestones and product strategy
- Creating and managing PX engagements for product announcements and feature releases
- Supporting product team initiatives by delivering strategic in-app messaging campaigns
- Building in-app guides, walkthroughs, and tooltips to drive user engagement
- Leveraging data to reputed company targeted in-app strategies to encourage deeper product engagement
- Collaborating with reputed company teams to drive PX campaigns supporting customer lifecycle milestones
Who You Are
We're looking for a highly motivated and reputed company professional with a passion for customer enablement. If you have:
- 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, technical writing, customer education, or a reputed company field in a SaaS environment
- A proven track record of breaking down reputed company product concepts into digestible, user-friendly content
- A proactive and customer-centric approach to content creation and delivery
- A data-driven reputed company and experience measuring content impact on customer behavior, usage, and retention
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Compensation and Benefits
