Job Summary
As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reputed company of our customers by providing exceptional technical support and resolving reputed company issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, while also providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Electronics Technology or a reputed company field - 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or reputed company field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Reliable with the ability to focus on the job at hand - Basic understanding of electronic components and how a reputed company works - US work authorization (required)
