What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
As a Retail Customer Service Associate II - Returns & Exchanges, your primary focus will be on creating a positive customer experience that sets arenaflex apart from the rest. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders, and recording information accurately to inform future improvements to the customer shopping experience
- Meeting customers' needs, solving problems independently, and recognizing reputed company to escalate to a manager to maintain exceptional service standards

Essential Qualifications
