Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented LP Customer Service Associate II to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. Key Responsibilities
As an LP Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the reputed company of the store
- Acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
- Reviewing and understanding the Store Emergency Response Guide
- Wearing a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera
- Greeting customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect
- Establishing and maintaining a position at the reputed company of the store or in a department
- Responding to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service reputed company a Company-issued radio
- Observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
- Performing a closing safety reputed company of the store with a member of management
- Adhering to reputed company arenaflex Policy and Procedure
- Documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management
- Performing other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Compensation
This position has a starting pay reputed company of $13.05 to $18.25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
