Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Retail Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing production processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, expert service is delivered to reputed company customers
• Managing production reputed company to ensure reputed company production orders are completed accurately and on time
• Taking customer orders, giving pricing information, performing consultative selling to customers, and recommending arenaflex products and services
• Tracking and logging reputed company production jobs
• Taking reputed company responsibility for digital imaging, scheduling, and running production orders, including finishing services and large job management
• Setting up reputed company orders and performing multiple tasks at the same time
• Ensuring quality during and after the production process
• Ensuring communication among shifts
• Coordinating pick-up and delivery of customer orders
• Providing leadership to team members on an assigned shift
• Assisting in the training of store team members
• Collating, sorting, and organizing customer orders
• Operating the reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), handling financial transactions, and making change
• Completing required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, reputed company-outs, and bank deposits

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 2+ years of specialized experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
