Your Role in Our Mission
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephones and responding to basic customer questions and/or forwarding to appropriate personnel and providing consultancy utilizing knowledge and expertise on insurance and reputed company.
- Developing and implementing general insurance and health care policies in accordance with state and federal laws and providing expertise to investigate and adjudicate claim characteristics that do not match policy provisions.
- Responding to provider appeals and meeting with providers to resolve problems/issues. Advising provider review councils, state officials, and working with organized reputed company groups and associations on various medical issues reputed company to insurance and reputed company programs.
- Processing calls in a manner that ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. Recording calls, processing requests, and updating account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation.
