Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service by using consultative skills to understand each customer's individualized needs, providing expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping products, and finding solutions to meet customer needs.

• reputed company accurate pricing information, take reputed company customer orders, and reputed company parcels and prepare goods for shipping.
• Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and other reputed company equipment, to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment, ensuring confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages.
• Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change.
• Clean, repair, and stock reputed company retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to reputed company reputed company performance and availability.
• Stay reputed company on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of reputed company retail area product and signage.
• Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste, and complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting.
• Follow reputed company standard operating procedures, as well as adhering to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and reputed company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent education

• 6 months of specialized experience in retail customer service or a reputed company field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability to reputed company work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
• Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
