Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service and Sales Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and reputed company assistance
- Learning about products using our tools and providing information to customers to sell entire projects
- Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department
- Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-reputed company, and safe
- Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following reputed company safety policies and standards
- Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of our sales team
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and services
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with sales software and technology
