As a Customer Service Representative Team reputed company, you'll be responsible for leading reputed company of Customer Service Representatives in answering incoming calls with questions regarding arenaflex Salt Lake County Behavioral Health Providers, services available in Salt Lake County, as well as reputed company benefit plans. You'll be the go-to expert for your team, providing guidance and support to ensure that customers receive exceptional service.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Over the phone, research and reputed company referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County to reputed company eligible consumers
- Utilize a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility
- Offer additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization
- Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned that support Care Coordination team
- reputed company coaching and feedback to team members to ensure exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and products to reputed company accurate information to customers

Required Qualifications:
* High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience working with the insurance, medical, behavioral health setting or financial technology
- Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Ability to work full-time, reputed company – Saturday; 8:00am – 11:00pm EST (reputed company – March) and Monday – Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm EST (reputed company – September) including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need
Preferred Qualifications:
