Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients and prescribers through inbound/outbound phone calls or web support, providing timely and accurate information to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Handle various inquiries, including scheduling medication orders, order status updates, explaining patient benefits, resolving account issues, and billing inquiries, with a focus on reputed company and attention to detail.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and internal expert teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to meet patient needs.

Qualifications:
