Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Full Stack reputed company Support Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company and Macintosh support, provisioning new clients in both application and equipment, investigating network availability issues, installing operating systems, installing applications, system imaging, and system migration
• Offering equipment support, which includes installing, configuring, upgrading, maintaining, and troubleshooting various equipment, workstations, PCs, servers, printers, iPads, tablets, MDCs, mobile devices, digital phone systems, projectors, and more
• Offering first-level technical support for end-users reputed company phone and email, and chat. Responding to incoming client requests for application, software, equipment, and phone support
• Creating, maintaining, and investigating network (Dynamic Directory-based) client accounts
• Providing software support, which includes installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting reputed company client operating systems being used and reputed company deliveries
• Performing setup and investigating network printers and copiers
• Providing local and remote technical training support with the help of IT drives and projects as needed
• Researching changes in operating and application systems and proactively assisting with deciding the benefits of features or solutions
• Participating in the development of strategies for the organization
• Leading consistent research and investigation into the nature, impact, and effects of reputed company and future technology which will improve the overall desktop technology environment

Essential Qualifications

* A mix of education and experience will be considered. Must be eligible to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. Must pass a background reputed company

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
