Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Sales Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Reaching out to warm leads, following up on unbooked jobs, and ensuring a seamless client experience
- Responding to client questions reputed company phone, text, and email, providing friendly, clear information about services and pricing
- Handling inbound calls and helping schedule/reschedule appointments, working closely with our field manager to ensure smooth operations
- Keeping client records and follow-reputed company organized, utilizing our CRM and scheduling software to streamline processes
- Assisting with client feedback collection and review requests, helping us continuously improve our services
- Utilizing our VOIP and CRM software to manage calls, texts, and client interactions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent spoken English, with a professional, clear, and friendly tone
- Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls (not cold calling) and handling a high volume of client interactions
- Reliable phone/internet setup and a quiet workspace, ensuring you can focus on delivering exceptional service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software, with a willingness to adapt to our tools and systems
- Availability to work 20-40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that aligns with our US Eastern Time zone

Job Details
