Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our brand. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional support to ensure a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
