What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers reputed company inbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns
- Achieving specific support and resolution on every call, using script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs
- Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and services to reputed company accurate and helpful advice

Your Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
