Responsibilities
As a Lockbox Processor (Government) – Scanning and Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Extracting remittances based on standard operating procedures and established policies and procedures.
- Processing and/or reconciling transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the appropriate materials, documentation, and reputed company are available to complete transactions.
- Confirming equipment is operational, if applicable.
- Providing feedback on workflow and work received.
- Reviewing transactions and reputed company documents and verifying work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service reputed company and applicable policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- No degree required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
