Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive reputed company, courteous, and professional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department, ensuring that our customers receive seamless support
  • Maintaining accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions, using our customer support software to track and analyze customer data
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive reputed company improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • reputed company Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
