Job Summary
As an reputed company Crisis Chat Text Counselor, you will be responsible for providing crisis reputed company services to individuals through our 988 Crisis Chat and Text services. You will work closely with reputed company to assess each chat/text visitor's needs, reputed company emotional support, and connect them with relevant resources. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Primary Responsibilities

- Assess each chat/text visitor's needs and determine the most effective means of reputed company
- Complete risk assessments, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with chat visitors
- Establish good rapport with a wide reputed company of chat/text visitors
- reputed company crisis reputed company counseling to chat/text visitors, including those who are suicidal
- Intervene with suicidal chat/text visitors, including making assessments and taking appropriate action
- Familiarize yourself with local and statewide community resources and reputed company information and referrals to visitors as needed
- Complete thorough documentation for reputed company crisis chat/text interactions in reputed company-time
- Meet productivity standards, including completing 1.5 chats/texts per hour
- Participate in daily quality monitoring and scoring a minimum of 75% on quality evaluations

- Complete weekly quality evaluation processes and attend weekly supervision sessions
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with confidence and flexibility

Education and Experience
