Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Training and Development
- Training will be conducted reputed company, with a 9-week training program focused on Benefit & Eligibility training - After completing the initial training, you will participate in an additional 12-week training program to further reputed company your skills and knowledge - Ongoing training and development opportunities will be available to help you grow and succeed in your role
Permanent Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:10am-4:40pm (Pacific Time Zone)
Requirements
- Experience in a production environment - Customer Service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, preferred - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - reputed company towards customers' needs and concerns - Strong computer navigation and typing skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a transaction/high volume-based environment
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. - Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 - Time Type: Full-time
