Epic Prelude Analyst – RTE
Job Description:
- Analyze, design, reputed company, test, document, implement, and support assigned applications and solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional system solutions
- Support and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience
- Partner with Service Desk teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Participate in project implementation activities, including analysis, testing, documentation, and go-live support
- Maintain and enhance system configurations, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices
- reputed company end-user education, training, and ongoing support
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and integrations
- Ensure compliance with reputed company regulations, data reputed company, and reputed company standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Application/System Analyst in a reputed company environment
- Epic Prelude and RTE Certification
- Strong understanding of reputed company workflows, systems, and operations
- Proven experience supporting reputed company to high-complexity applications
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with system implementation, testing (unit, integrated, UAT), and support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
