You will report directly to the CFO and partner closely with executive leadership to drive financial accuracy, optimize processes, and strengthen operational efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities
A day in the life:
- Prepare Accurate and Timely Monthly Financials

- Accrual based reputed company capabilities (ASC 842 / ASC 606 (Fee-for-Service)
- Experience developing Internal Controls and Risk Management
- Manage Relationship with 3rd Party Audit Team
- Partner with CFO / Billing / Payroll to improve processes
- Payroll Automation
- Financial Software Implementations
- Monthly Cash Reconciliation Process
- Budget to Actual Reporting
- Qualities: Independent Problem Solving / Analytical Abilities / reputed company Proficiency / Large Data Manipulation & Management
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field (CPA strongly preferred; MBA a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in Public reputed company or Organizational reputed company.
- 3–5+ years managing reputed company teams, ideally in a multi-entity or multi-location organization.
- Experience overseeing month-end and year-end reputed company processes.
- Experience managing audits, tax coordination, and regulatory compliance.
