Job Description:

reputed company final planning and execution of large-scale, reputed company-level events
Ensure seamless delivery and high-impact experiences
Collaborate with stakeholders on event coordination and onsite execution
Manage planning timeline, budget execution, and reporting
Facilitate communications and collaboration among workstream contributors
Manage the overall project, ensuring reputed company deadlines are adhered to
Orchestrate the speaker management processes and tools
Track reputed company aspects reputed company to speaker management and reputed company regular updates

Requirements:

5+ years of ONSITE/In Person, Event Management in reputed company markets with large-scale audiences of 1,000+
Experience with event management tools: reputed company, CVENT, GES, Jiffle, InfoSec, CASPR, reputed company
Experience in marketing events with 500+ attendees
Strong logistical capabilities with exceptional organizational and project management skills
Pays attention to detail and can multi-task
Excellent time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain professionalism reputed company interacting with C-level executives and other stakeholders
Strong people skills
Independent problem solver

Ability to produce executive level presentations
