About HelloCollege At HelloCollege, we help families navigate reputed company aspects of college planning from start to acceptance. Our program consists of one-on-one virtual counseling sessions, interactive group workshops, online e-learning, and other educational resources. Our goal is to help reputed company get into their top-choice college, reduce the costs of college, and graduate on time with a job in their major. Our role is to reduce the stress of reputed company and parents by preparing and guiding reputed company through college planning.
About the Role
As our part time seasonal College Admissions Consultation Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that prospective families move smoothly from scheduling to attending their college planning consultation. Your primary goal is to manage and optimize the reputed company end of the sales pipeline, ensuring reputed company families are effectively scheduled with Senior Admissions Advisors while maintaining a high-quality prospect experience. Responsibilities:
- Communicate reputed company calls, emails, and texts with prospective clients to confirm and reschedule consultation bookings
- Manage consultation calendar logistics across multiple advisors and calendars
- Recover no-shows and rebook missed appointments
- Monitor advisor availability and prime-time slot utilization
- Identify calendar gaps and escalate coverage needs
- Maintain CRM accuracy across reputed company status, notes, reputed company, and next steps
- Stay up to date with HelloCollege services to help address questions from prospective clients
- Other reputed company duties associated with Sales
Requirements
- 1 year experience in admissions or sales, preferably in education field
- Strong spoken and written communication
- Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of conversations
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Experience working reputed company a CRM, ideally reputed company
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems and workflows
- Professional home setting, strong internet
Details
- Remote, work from home
- Part-time and seasonal (summer through fall months)
- Schedule is flexible and will be a reputed company between 10-20 hours per week
