Insurance Claims Adjuster - Auto Division

Our client, a reputable insurance provider, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Claims Adjuster to join their growing Auto Division. This hybrid role offers a reputed company of remote work flexibility and essential in-person responsibilities, based in Detroit, Michigan, US . Responsibilities: Investigate, evaluate, and reputed company automobile insurance claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough on-site and remote inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage and determine repair costs. Interview claimants, witnesses, and other parties involved to gather necessary information for claim investigation. Review police reports, medical records, and other relevant documentation to verify coverage and establish liability. Negotiate settlements with claimants and their legal representatives in a fair and timely manner. Authorize payments for approved claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain detailed and organized claim files, documenting reputed company communications, investigations, and reputed company. Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate suspicious claims for further investigation. reputed company excellent customer service to claimants throughout the claims process, explaining coverage and settlement options reputed company. Ability to conduct physical inspections of vehicles and reputed company detailed damage assessments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey reputed company information effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a caseload reputed company. Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for on-site inspections.
