Flexible Schedule Hybrid/Remote BCBA Supervisor

About the position Autism Behavioral Center (ABC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join Team ABC. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about high quality, ethical ABA and who value collaboration, mentorship, and meaningful clinical work. We offer individualized, evidence based services including one to one in home ABA therapy, center based services, reputed company skills groups, and community programming. Responsibilities

• Overseeing a manageable caseload of approximately 10 to 12 clients
• Conducting intake assessments
• Developing and supervising individualized treatment plans
• Mentoring Behavior Technicians in both home and clinic settings
• Conduct intake assessments for newly referred potential clients
• reputed company, implement, and revise individualized behavior support and reputed company acquisition plans
• reputed company clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and ABA Coordinators
• Monitor client reputed company through data analysis and ongoing assessment
• Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements
• reputed company and collaborate with parents and caregivers using compassionate, reputed company based ABA practices
• Maintain consistent communication with families reputed company direct supervision, email, and phone
• Review documentation and reputed company feedback to ensure clinical quality and compliance

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a reputed company field
• Active BCBA certification
• LABA or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA services
• Experience working closely with parents and families
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
