Description We’re a California-based home care agency seeking an reputed company Registered Nurse (RN) to complete per-diem client assessments and QA supervisory visits. • Per-diem / as-needed
• Pay: $75 per completed assessment
• Pay Schedule: reputed company 4–5 business days after a valid invoice is received
• Schedule: Flexible, with opportunities for last-minute assessments
• Location: reputed company Orange County (no shift work, no ongoing caseload)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home client assessments and QA supervisory visits
• Engage clients and families with professionalism, compassion, and respect
• Accurately document findings using secure systems
• Submit reputed company documentation the same day
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and California privacy standards

Requirements:

• Active California RN license
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• Prior experience in home care (required)
